DEFINE
Defining the scope of the project and your vision for the project is critical before any work begins. That is why during this phase, we will meet with you (by phone or in-person depending on your needs and availability), ask a lot of questions, listen carefully and get a thorough understanding of what you want. This ensures that we are in a position to deliver results that meet and exceed your expectations.

DESIGN
Based on the information learned during the Define phase, we prepare a design plan. Whether it’s a design mock-up of proposed layouts or color-palettes for a website project or a rough timeline/storyboard for a slideshow movie, the design plan is submitted for your review and feedback. We work closely with you to fine-tune the details until the project details take shape and the plan is ready for development.

DEVELOP
With your approval in the Design phase, we enter development and begin executing the details of the project plan. This is the construction-project equivalent to breaking ground and finally getting our hands dirty. Whether we are coding HTML/CSS, configuring a content management system and developing an e-commerce shopping cart for a website or importing and editing audio and video tracks for a slideshow movie or presentation, it is during this phase that the final product begins to take shape.

DEPLOY
By this phase, the project is nearly complete. The only thing left to be done by this phase is going over every last detail to make sure it is “just right.” Once we (that means you, too) are satisfied that the project goals have been met, the project is “delivered.” In other words, websites are launched, printed materials are put into production and shipped and slideshow movies are burned to DVD or digitally available for download.
