Website Maintenance Plan Features

Monthly Checkups

We will regularly review your website to ensure that it is running on the latest, stable version of your core (e.g., WordPress) and compatible with your theme. We will also check that all of your plugins are up-to-date and keep them updated, as needed.

Security & Backups

We will help keep your website safe by performing regular security scans and identifying threats and other issues as they pop-up. In addition to identifying threats as they occur, the Platinum plan also includes AR to automatically resolve the threat or malicious code before it does any harm. We will also schedule and manage backups of your website files and database to ensure that all of your precious content remains safe and can be restored in the event of a security breach.

Analytics

We will integrate Google Analytics and track your website traffic based on various metrics (e.g., page views, unique users, referral sources, user geography, user technology, etc.) and provide this information in an easy-to read format each month. Depending on the maintenance plan you choose, we will also provide detailed keyword analytics and website rankings on Google to help you improve search engine optimization (SEO).

Optimization & Performance

Depending on the maintenance plan you select, we will integrate and configure website caching and optimization of your website files, database and even images to save bandwidth, minimize bloat and make your website faster and more accessible to online visitors.

Additional Information

* Maintenance Plan Billing: For convenience, the pricing tables illustrate the monthly cost of each plan. However, all website maintenance plans are billed either quarterly (every 3 months) or annually (every 12 months). If paid annually, the twelfth month of the maintenance plan will be free of charge.

Unused monthly support hours do not roll over to the next month.

On-Site Support: Shoosrocket is based in Los Angeles and can provide on-site support to clients in Los Angeles and surrounding counties in Southern California.

On-site support is provided by appointment only and with a two (2) hour minimum at our regular hourly rate. Time is billed portal-to-portal from our studio, in  Carthay Square (90048), to your location.
